BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Dr. Guo is Assistant Professor of Management at the School of Business Administration in Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. He received his Ph.D from Peking University. His research interests include organizational theory, entrepreneurship and strategic human resource management. His works appear in such journals as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Quarterly Journal of Finance (in Chinese), among others.
